This 10-days safari offer presents to you an opportunity of uncovering Kenya’s biodiversity, culture, flora, and fauna. You will visit Amboseli national park which offers you a clear view of the backdrop of mount Kilimanjaro and a high concentration of elephants in the wild, the famous Masai Mara national park which host Africa’s Big 5, explore Hell’s gate national park and smile at the pink flamingos by the shores of Lake Nakuru national park.

Other destinations and activities include cultural encounters with the Maasai people, photography, Nairobi city tour, and the Great Rift Valley among others. This trip starts and ends in Nairobi Kenya

Details

Day 1: Pickup, and Nairobi city tour

Though a number of people tend to make day one an idle one, we will surely start it uniquely. You will have a tour around Nairobi city after meeting and being briefed by our company representative at either the airport of your lodge.

You will visit the museum, craft shops, have Lunch in Town and test your bargaining abilities in the local markets. Thereafter, drive to your hotel for dinner and afternoon as you wait for the next day’s activities

Day 2: Transfer to Hell’s gate national Park-hot springs

You will greet your intestines with a tasty cup of coffee before setting off for Hells Gate national park, one of Kenya’s game reserves with all that a visitor deserves. You will traverse the eye-catching sceneries and have an enroute stop at the Great Rift Valley for photograph and sightseeing, before entering the park with an exciting game viewing.

At the park, you will be served with lunch, followed by an exciting moment at the Hot spring where you have the time to admire the waterfalls, take photos and relax until the sunset when you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3:  Game viewing at Hell’s gate national park and proceed to Lake Nakuru national park

Ready for the days’ task, enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and head for a 3-4 hours’ game drive in the wild, with a good concentration of mammals such as warthogs, Oribis, Jackson hartebeest, buffalos, rhinos and elephants among others, together with several other bird species and fascinating landscape.

Exit the park heading to Lake Nakuru national park; home to the flamingoes. The drive traverses through the magnificent Great Rift Valley, and flourishing plantations. Your arrival at the lodge will be in the evening with game viewing while heading to your lodge for refreshment, dinner, and overnight.

Day 4: Half day game safari at Lake Nakuru national park and depart for Masai Mara national park.

Today, you will have a morning and afternoon game drive after breakfast, through the guidance of a knowledgeable park ranger who will drive you through all the directions these mammals and birds stay, feed, or hide. Some of the notable mammals and birds here include lions, leopards, cheetah, wildebeests, elephants, and buffalos among others, and then the flamingoes which decorate Lake Nakuru.

After the 2-3 hours of game experience, you will have picnic breakfast before driving back to the lodge check out and transfer to Masai Mara conversation area in the south of Kenya.

As you drive through the magnificent Great Rift Valley, there will be an e-route stopover beneath the Great Rift Valley for photography and another for lunch before arriving at the park where you will have an evening game drive, dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 5: Full Day game viewing at Maasai Mara national park

You will depart the lodge after breakfast with packed lunch for a remarkable wildlife encounter in the gigantic Masai Mara reserve, harboring not only preys but also predators and rare bird species.

Masai Mara is a co-host to the annual wildebeest migrations happening from June to September across the Serengeti-Masai ecosystem. The 3-4 hours’ game drive will expose you to some, if not all Africa’s big 5 mammals, such as buffaloes, elephants, rhinos, leopards and lions, plus other mammals such as giraffes, zebras, cheetah, hyenas and warthogs among others.

You will head to the Mara River where a picnic lunch will be served before spending 2-3 hours exploring the Masai river while watching the crocodiles, hippos, different mammals, and several bird species among others.

Retire to your cozy bed after dinner.

Day 6: Full Day with the Maasai Warriors

After breakfast, you will drive to the Maasai people who will excite you with their thrilling dances, songs, and stories the entire day. They will involve you in most of the activities such as village walk where you will have the chance of hiking, seeing their Manyattas, tools, dress codes, as well as the locals carrying on with their daily chores.

Take a delicious traditional lunch with the local Maasai people whose diet comprises of cow products such as beef, milk, and blood. The Maasai are Nilotic people whose origin is connected to South Sudan and Ethiopia. They are mainly cattle keepers and warriors.

Dinner and overnight will be the last item on this amazing day.

Day 7: Morning game drive and depart Masai Mara for Amboseli National park

Rise for an early morning game drive to grab the sights of some of the mammals you might have missed the previous day, especially the predators such as leopards and lions that tend to hide during day time.

After the game drive, you will go for lunch at the lodge, before checking out for a transfer to Amboseli national park. Upon arriving, you will have a relaxed evening, followed by dinner and overnight

Day 8:  Full day in Amboseli national park

At sunrise, you will greet your taste glands with a warm cup of coffee, followed by a game drive in the central sector of Amboseli national park, one of Kenya’s most visited game reserves.

Amboseli national park is famous for her large concentration of elephants and several other mammals, not forgetting the fascinating view of the tallest mountain in Africa, Mountain Kilimanjaro.

Day 9: 2nd day of game experience in Amboseli national park

At dawn, you will have breakfast before going for a full day game drive in the massive grassland, with chances of spotting the elephants, as well as many other mammals such as antelopes, giraffes, lions, warthogs and buffaloes among others, and not forgetting several rare bird species, fascinating landscape and the backdrop of Mount Rwenzori. You will enjoy a picnic lunch and dinner and overnight after the long day adventure.

Day 10: Departure

After enjoying a relaxed breakfast, you will hit the road to the airport for your flight to the next destination but with lunch in Nairobi city.
