Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Tsavo east national park
You will meet your driver guide at the hotel or airport where he will quickly give you a short briefing about this 3 days safari to two national parks. He will later make a transfer to Tsavo national park 13,747sqare kilometres.
The journey takes 2hours and you will use Buchuma gate to access the park and on arrival, you will have your lunch and then head for a game drive to start the adventure. This park is famous for the man eater lions but it’s also habitants for other wildlife such as lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, cheetah among others.
You will have lunch and then relax a bit as you prepare for an evening game drive to spot the wildlife. Check in the lodge and be served with dinner which will be the end of day one.
Day 2: Tsavo east – Amboseli national park
Enjoy a pre-breakfast game drive, return to our camp for breakfast and to freshen up as well. Afterwards, depart for Amboseli National Park that is known for its big herds of elephants and zebras.
Uncover the park with several wildlife species, and adorable scenery set against the backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro and visit the large concentrations of animals that make up Amboseli national park.
Visit Mzima Springs as well as the Lugard’s Falls and the crocodile point after lunch at an extra cost. Before sunset, return to your camp for dinner and the overnight stay.
Day 3: Amboseli National park – Nairobi
Enjoy a sunrise game drive to try and spot wildlife such as impalas, grants zebras, blue wildebeests, Maasai giraffes and back to the safari lodge to prepare for a departure to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you will either be dropped off at the airport or hotel which will be the end of your 3 days Tsavo East and Amboseli national park safari.
